探讨森林友好供应链转型,2023食材供应链绿色可持续发展论坛将在沪举行

5月24日,中国物流与采购联合会食材供应链分会携手世界自然基金会(瑞士)北京代表处,在上海市召开“2023食材供应链绿色可持续发展论坛”。




近年来,不断出现的极端天气、日益恶化的空气质量和加速的物种灭绝都在提醒我们目前作出的努力依然远远不够。我国作为世界第二大经济体,已将可持续发展作为国家的首要任务之一。

In recent years, the constant extreme weather, deteriorating air quality, and accelerating species extinction have reminded us that the efforts we are currently making are still far from enough. As the second largest economy in the world, China has made sustainable development one of the country's top priorities.


从产地到餐桌,食材供应链既受到环境变化的影响,也是导致环境变化的主要因素之一。上游农牧业的生产扩张造成的毁林和自然生态系统的破坏、中游商贸流通带来的能源消耗和温室气体的排放、终端消费产生的食材损失与食物浪费等问题,成为制约食材供应链绿色可持续发展的主要瓶颈。

From origin to table, the food ingredients supply chain is both affected by and one of the main factors contributing to environmental change. The deforestation and destruction of natural ecosystems caused by the production expansion of upstream agriculture and animal husbandry, the energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission brought by the midstream trade and circulation, and the loss of ingredients and food waste generated by the end consumption have become the main bottlenecks that restrict the green and sustainable development of the food ingredients supply chain.


基于此,5月24日,中国物流与采购联合会食材供应链分会携手世界自然基金会(瑞士)北京代表处,在上海市召开“2023食材供应链绿色可持续发展论坛”,深度探讨食材供应链各环节企业在生产、流通、采购、消费等关键节点实现绿色共创的发展路径及战略举措,推动食材供应链产业链的绿色可持续发展。现将相关事宜如下:

Based on this, the Food Ingredients Supply Chain Association of CFLP (China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing) with WWF China - Beijing Representative Office, held the "2023 Food Ingredients Supply Chain Green and Sustainable Development Forum" in Shanghai on May 24. An in-depth discussion on the development paths and strategic initiatives to achieve green co-creation in the key aspects of production, distribution, procurement, and consumption of enterprises in the food ingredients supply chain, to promote the green and sustainable development of the industry chain of the food ingredients. The relevant matters are as follows:

三、论坛内容Forum content

1.“森林友好供应链转型项目”试点企业倡议启动;

1. "Forest-Positive Supply Chain Transformation Project" pilot enterprise initiative launch;

2.《实现清洁低碳高效,食材供应链大有可为》报告发布暨倡议发布;

2. "Realizing Clean, Low Carbon and Efficient Food Supply Chain" report  and "China Sustainable Food Cold Chain Initiative" launching ceremony;

3.探讨食材供应链各环节企业在生产、流通、采购、消费等关键节点实现绿色共创的发展路径及战略举措。

3. Discussion on the development path and strategic initiatives of green co-creation of enterprises in key aspects such as production, distribution, procurement, and consumption in the food ingredients supply chain.
